A Better You" Your 7 days program to self-improvement

I seem to have forgotten how many times I've read and heard stories of celebrity marriages failing. It's not something I care about (I personally don't), but it seems odd that we often see the movie and TV stars as flawless people who live wonderful lives with wealth and glamor. I believe we should all stop hanging on the clouds and face the truth. There are many ways to lose your self-esteem, no matter how trivial. But no matter what happens, we should all try not to lose our self-esteem. So what do you need to get a cut higher than the rest? Here are a few things you can improve on that should last a week.

     1. Know Your Purpose

Are you wandering aimlessly in the hope of happiness, health, and prosperity? Define your life purpose or mission and you will have your own compass that will guide you to the North Truth each time.  This can seem overwhelming at first when you are stranded or even in trouble. But there is always a small loophole to make a difference and you can change yourself for the better.

 2. Know Your Worth

What do you value most? List your top 5 values. A few examples: safety, freedom, family, spiritual development, learning. When setting your goals for 2005, check them against your own worth. If your goals don't align with the five core values, you can revisit or revise them. That number shouldn't discourage you,  it should motivate you to do more than you can dream of.

 3. Know Your Needs

Unmet needs can get in the way of your real life. to take care of. Do you need to be acknowledged,  right, controlled, and in love? There are too many people who have never dreamed of living, and eventually many people end up with stress or even depression. List the four basic requirements and meet them before it's too late!

 4. You know your hobbies

You know who you are and what you really enjoy in life. Obstacles such as doubt and lack of enthusiasm only get in your way, not depriving you of the opportunity to become who you are. Respect the people who inspire you to express yourself and become the person you want to be.

 5. Live from the inside out.

Raise awareness of your inner wisdom by meditating regularly in silence. communication with nature. Take deep breaths to calm the distracted mind. Most of our city friends struggle to find the peace and stillness we want, even in our own homes. Most of the time I  just sit in a dark room and play classical music. Sound, but music calms the beast.

 6. Respect your strengths

What are your strengths? What special talents do you have? List three. If you get stuck, ask the people closest to you to help you verify your identity. Are you resourceful, witty, and good with your hands? Find ways to express who you really are through your strengths. Being able to share your knowledge with others can boost your confidence.

 7. Serving others

If you live faithfully, you will have a connected presence. When you are true to who you are, live your purpose, and give your talents to the world around you, you are dedicating what you came to serving to share your soul, your essence, with others. . The reward for sharing your gift with loved ones is truly rewarding. Even more so if you are the eyes of a stranger who can appreciate what you have done for them.

Self-improvement is really worthwhile. You don't always have to be within range of your office building or in the four corners of your own room. The difference lies in ourselves and how much we want to change for the better.
